No work life balance, OT mandatory if not write up, bonus gets reduced, company takes part of your bonus, only to bonus up to 30% the rest company keeps it.

Thank you very much for the review, we appreciate you taking the time togive us an opportunity to get better at our policies. OT is required but only at certain times of the month. On the bonus, there is a max on what you can earn but the company does not keep any of it. It is a taxable income. Please reach out to me if you want me to further explain this to you. Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
