      Pros

      The interview they tell you all these good things but as soon as you work there you realize it is all just to get you in the door. some of the people that work there are nice and try to help you and do the right things to make it a good place but a few bad managers take that away.

      Cons

      No way to social distance and people sick all the time. The pay is low and they don't allow work at home anymore. If thye had good managers the place would be good to work for but the ones there do not care about anything and want people to come to work sick and do not pay enough to come to work and not be safe.

      Small corporate office makes it easy to find who you need to/ what you need to make an impacr Great culture for size Nice facilities Great upward growth opportunities

      No options for work from anywhere for most corporate staff

      Free parking in garage cool coworkers

      Cons

      Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
