Read a lot of the reviews and point on. Lack of flexibility for work at home is a big drawback. Culture is spoken about but not put into action. Half the company could work at home but only some roles are allowed. Company should offer 10 hour days if they don’t trust people to work at home or whatever their reason is for picking and choosing who has to come on site.

Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
