The lack of flexibility and as I read the other reviews the lack of forward thinking about 4 10 hour days. The leaders are still stuck in 1990. PTO is not near enough compared to other companies and for the non exempt it is even worse. 5 days a year, 5. Those 5 days cover sick time and PTO, Work life balance is non existent. Turnover is high. The leaders talk about culture and spread the narrative they care, I was recently at an event and listened as 2 completely different departments talked about their VP and the lack of culture and caring about people. It is all a front. The teams fall apart and fall fast. cannot even count the number of supervisors and managers the site has had in the last 3 years.
