Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. As you mention, Earnin is a fast-paced start-up environment; this is what drives many of us at Earnin. Change is a constant in our business, and we ask our team members to be nimble as we take on the challenges of a changing landscape. Recently we have had to react and change our focus to support our community members because of COVID-19, many of whom now have different work situations. We are proud to be working to find and implement solutions that continue to align with our mission. Regarding your comment about dissatisfaction with management, we urge employees to come and talk to their HR partners or a member of management to discuss concerns and share feedback, this enables us to address the specific concerns.
