Pros
Emergo has a friendly, supportive culture. Provides room for personal development and cross-departmental training. Allows flexibility of work day start and end to fit an individual's needs. People who work hard and contribute are rewarded. In a field (medical regulations) that will continue to grow.
Cons
High turnover of some positions... might be that as a consulting service the overall pay is lower than in comparable industry jobs, but Austin is also just a young, mobile community. People are often too busy to provide a high level of training to new hires, so initiative and OTJ training is expected.
