Pros
Young and dynamic company with a very diverse international team. Great vacation policy and benefits; and from what I've heard salaries started off quite modest but over the last 2 years seem to be moving up steadily. Everyone works very hard but our management makes efforts to recognize good performers, we just had a bunch of promotions which is encouraging. Friendly people with free happy hour Fridays and birthday lunches. Fun team building events, like the interdepartmental Escape Room day we had recently. And the work is unlike anything else in the local job market, it's very interesting and you're always learning.
Cons
The new office location is not very practical if you live very far east or north of downtown, I miss the downtown vibe but not the congestion, parking blocks away or the questionable street people on Congress.
