Pros
Company provides medical device regulatory consulting services which makes for an interesting job. Friendly company atmosphere with very diverse employees (they have people form Switzerland, Brazil, Germany Mexico,...). Male-Female ratio is also great with most VP Level Executives being women. Company is very relaxed and sponsors happy hours and other events where alcohols is served (not normal for every company) and CEO and COO also participate in the weekly happy hours. Doors are always open. They don't match your 401(k) contributions. They just give you 3% even if you don't put anything in. That is great!
Cons
While there is a high workload, they are trying to improve the work hours but have a hard time keeping people around. Maintaining employees is probably the biggest issue as training takes long and it is a hit every time when someone leaves. Salaries improve but compared to other companies in Austin are probably more on the low end. This is more so the case for entry level positions. You need to work there for a year before you are eligible for 401(k) contributions.
