Pros
PTO 23 days, standard healthcare. Occasional office parties. Not a bad place to be starting off in your career. Most people quickly realize (around 9m-1y. mark) that most of the managers will not want you to move up and a lot of the workforce (very young) will feel stuck. Currently being acquired by UL so hopefully it will be a positive influence .
Cons
Extremely low pay, managers do not want you to grow, zero training. Management style varies. So many managers pretend they have so much work/overworked so they push things off to employees but they spend a good chunk of time watching youtube videos. I have been on copy when some managers are extremely rude to employees or consultants. Goodluck if you have a family. They are not understanding and refuse to let anyone work from home but some managers do work remotely on a regular basis.
