Pros
very chill and you have your own desk with 2 screens. you can decorate it however you like. You get an 100 dollar gift card at the end of the year to shop with
zara.
Cons
Management really sucked. They don't coach you on your calls or chats and have the nerve to give you write up if you didn't meet your quota.. You wont know your quota unless your manager kept you updated..
