Unexpected - HR- Recruiter Global Response Employee Review

Very poor communication and Management. No one is there to communicate even on training, There is no such things like you are onboard to company, It was like working in any organization which doesn't exit...I feel very uncomfortable being a Full time employee, treated like a part timer. They wasted my 15days without any payment.
