      Good projects once you land on one. Good culture.

      Cons

      If you have a high seniority you're expensive, even if you're a fit for the project if the client can't pay for you, you won't be selected and remain in talent pool. That's a flaw, higher seniority shouldn't be an obstacle to get projects.
