Working with latest technologies, tools and processes. Good offices and culture. Lot of opportunities to grow and learn.
Cons
The company is growing up too fast. It needs to improve some internal processes and put the right people with the right skills on each project, specially in leader positions. Salaries should be better, specially for more senior people.
