Pros
You can get to work with a lot of different technology which will boost your knowledge. The salary is not that bad and the company has good benefits. You can work from your own house or in the office. I think it is a really good place for starters.
Cons
Growing in the company is an issue. Many times it doesn't really depends on how good you are but who you know. Most of the time manager evaluations are far from the reality and tend to help friends. Nowadays other companies are starting to offer salaries a lot higher than Globant. If you are a starter it may be good because of the knowledge you can aquire, but you eventually wiill leave the company because the salary will not adjust much.
