Pros
It was a good place, good people, and a very good location. I wish i could be there anytime in the future, i have very good friends there.
Cons
Some leaders are very tired, they take their role as bosses too seriously and want to control all the movements that one makes as an employee. This depends on the project you are in, but most of the projects are very nice.
