      Croissants on Fridays (till they cut these too).

      Cons

      Managers get overpaid for wasting infinite hours failing to communicate with both client and developers while developers work inefficiently and get paid peanuts. Developers are the go-to person when project fails; managers are the go-to person when project succeeds. Combine this with an excessively incompetent and indifferent HR dept. Avoid having an opinion of your own, or risk being sacked.
