Nice projects, poor managment and salary reviews - Java Software Designer Globant Employee Review

Salaries reviews are a joke, you need to periodically threaten to resign and sometimes that is not enought (even with good evaluations). I live in Argentina where inflation rates makes this a big cons. On 2013, they fired a lot of useless managers, but then they hire even worse ones to replace them. Internal organization is madness, studios and business units fight and are always competing for keeping the good developers.
