      Pros

      Flat hierarchy, easy to get in touch with people above you. In some projects you can have flexible work time or even work from home. Most people in Globant are young and talented professionals.

      Cons

      From what I know, it is hard to negotiate a salary increase. You have to do good negotiations from the beginning.
