It's a Staffing agency, ok? They say they compete with Accenture, Capgemini and TSC, but they don't. No one knows technology at Globant. It's a large recruiting company, that got lucky when India ran out of people, and US started outsourcing to Latin America. Low level / entry level java developers and testers is what you're gonna get. Which is fine, but that's not what they tell you when they hire you as a sales person. You might as well work for ZipRecruter or Kelly services if you know what I mean.
