Pros
In the beginning, it's easy to move from one seniority to the next. They are consistent with the pay dates and they are stable. They provide all the necessary equipment for one to work. Very flexible work times, and you can collaborate with other developers from other countries.
Cons
After certain seniority it becomes more difficult to move up in seniority, they hide and try to prevent you from moving up saying that they don't have enough budget. The salary is ok but they are falling behind in comparison with other companies. It's a great place to start your career but after a certain seniority it's time to start looking for other places.
