Pros
You can work from home but depends on the project and it is now being discouraged for all the teams. They offer a good medical coverage, no cost for employees, and they extend it for all family group (wife/husband and children) Opportunity to travel if you're in Argentina and to work in multiple and diverse projects.
Cons
Terrible management. No career path. Salary is very bad, it's very difficult to get a decent raise.
