Pros
Really easy to get hired here. I was in after passing an on-the-spot drug test and background check. The interview was very bare-bones. They didn't even ask what my biggest weakness or favorite color is or anything. Goodwill has a company-wide $9.50 minimum wage. If you're just entering the workforce, that may be more than you'd make at most other jobs you could get hired for. It's an NPO, so working for Goodwill may give you a warm, fuzzy feeling, I guess.
Cons
Rather high employee turnover – mostly from people quitting as opposed to being let go, so don't plan on getting too attached to your colleagues. Work can get a bit rushed. Not a place for people who want an easy-going minimum wage job, if those still exist. The customers can get pushy.
