No opportunity to advance or even get a small raise - ECommerce Lister Goodwill Employee Review

No cost of living increases, no merit increases....I knew people that had been there 3 or 4 years and were still making $8. This was in 2019. That's not a living wage. We were a profit center for the company but they did not share the wealth. I am sure that the manager got bonuses but we sure did not. They were also quick lecture you if a customer sent in a question about an item you listed or god forbid an item that sold and arrived different than you described it.
