Pros

Diverse group of people to work with, experience in retail, not too challenging of work, easy pay.

Cons

VERY physically demanding and very repetitive if you're not a door attendant. If you are a door attendant prepare to do much more work than anyone else, to the point it becomes near impossible to get it all done in the time provided. If you close as a door attendant, you will have to take out the trash, clean the ENTIRE store, mop, clean the bathrooms, pick up clothes, and vacuum, all while keeping watch on the door. I've worked in multiple stores and they're all the same, it's always difficult to get everything done in the time provided, so you have to start early or try to get someone to help you. Front end people do nothing but close their registers during close.
