Pros
The pro is that can get a discount from other stores because they are a non profit organization. You get some work experience under your belt. They will let you work in multiple departments . Very easy job categorize and colorize the floor was very easy for me. I was the team lead on the sales floor.
Cons
Cons- The pay is very small 7.50. The managers don't do work. They managers will put a lot of work on you. Under staffed.
