Pros

The work at retail outlets is always interesting... Researching antiques and other treasures donors bring in daily and selling them for the most you can is exciting and rewarding. The mission of helping people with disabilities and other barriers to employment is motivating.

Cons

There is no support at the corporate level making both recruiting and maintaning staff difficult. This is definitely a thankless job. Corporate management rarely sides with store management when it comes to customer disputes. Corporate has very little understanding of the day to day running of the retail outlets.
