      Nothing, there is no reason anyone should want to work with this company.

      Cons

      Everything. The managers don't care about employees. Employees don't care about their jobs because of the low pay and non existent pay raises.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
