Pros

Best company I have ever worked for. My bosses give you the tools and support that you need and allow you to do your job and do not micro manage. That isn't to say that they do not supervise you but they allow you to do your work without constantly looking over your shoulder. In addition, my bosses have technical expertise and know what they are talking about because they have done my job.

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
