      The company does what it says it's going to do - provide jobs and job training for those with job barriers - the mission is intact.

      Cons

      Corporate office is horribly unsophisticated and yet resistant to change. CEO is vindictive and noncommuncative.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
