      Pros

      The only reason to work for this company is the hope of inspiring people to do better for them selves as far as job skills.

      Cons

      This is a money hungry company with its best interest in the upper managements paychecks. I HAVE PERSONALLY witnessed discrimination of a man with a disability. I have personally witnessed the favoritism of management due to family members being employed in higher office. enough is enough of this nonsense

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
