Pros

Staff is fun, some awesome regular customers, paid training, decent discount

Cons

Training was too generic, there was no focus on actual day to day tasks. There's a lack of training on site (there's no way you learn the ins and outs in four days of generic talk during the paid training. High expectations of production, even though they hired nearly all part-time employees they expect full-time work from them. Management is clearly not management material. This person is clueless and rude to the staff -- has a very bad habit of assuming the worst before actually looking into things. Accuses team members of deliberately doing things wrong when they were never taught the right way, or were told that they were fine by upper management. Benefits are a joke.
