      Pros

      You get 20% employee discount, but you can't shop at the store where you work, unless it is your day off.

      Cons

      Everyone has a negative attitude. Pay is very low. Very poor communication.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
