      Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Management seems to value the input of employees.

      Cons

      Lengthy amount of time taken to hire for positions. Seems to be a significant amount of turn over.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
