      Pros

      Always good business at goodwill , customer service is always great friendly work environment. Hours are great even in the winter time.

      Cons

      Not enough help on the floor. Also employees bust there buts and don't get paid enough

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
