Pros
Flexible hours, good management (depending on location - I transferred and the whole job got much better). The job itself is pretty easy, and they generally let you stick with what you're good at but let you do different stuff if you're really bored.
Cons
Not much opportunity for advancement; workload can be a lot depending on if the store is understaffed. Basically everything depends on the needs of the store - but that's just a fact of working retail.
