      The only pro is that they pay you. Not many other pros

      Cons

      Layoffs due to overcapacity, regardless of high performance. Underpaid compared to the rest of the industry. PTO isn't accrued nor unlimited. Offices are outdated. Offices too small and the firm refuses to increase the office size due to cost. NYC
