- excellent people-focused culture
- genuine collaboration between teams
Cons
- very immature in the advisory/consulting space - IP is often made up on the fly
- bad management behaviors are tolerated by the firm if it gets money in the door
- performance feedback in one-way. No review of management capability at all.

Some folks are great to work with. Some of the leaders really do care.
Cons
Workday practice is a total mess. They have trouble selling work and hours are much lower than they should be so consultants end up spread very thin across multiple projects and still can't hit utilization targets on paper even if they are working very hard in actuality.
The independence requirements are insane!! If I had known I would have to disclose all of my investments and be told wha t I am or am not allowed to invest money in I would not have taken the job. Independence is total hell and most consulting firms don't subject employees to those invasive requirements.
