Pros

Okay to start your career - carefully. Flexible Time Off & marginal retirement benefits.

Cons

Where to start.... Under paid & over worked. Expect 60 - 70 hours / week. Reduced staff with increased responsibilities. HR talks about culture, but there is none - it is all on paper. Management from top down is all being replaced and unstable. Managers and direct reports have no major interaction. Long timers don't really work or don't know what their role is. Management has no clue about high performers vs. sailors; and don't know how to balance costs. High churn of employees. What you see and hear is not what you get... Look somewhere else. Zero in people management and culture. You won't find any GREAT TIME in Here.

Pros

Some folks are great to work with. Some of the leaders really do care.

Cons

Workday practice is a total mess. They have trouble selling work and hours are much lower than they should be so consultants end up spread very thin across multiple projects and still can't hit utilization targets on paper even if they are working very hard in actuality. The independence requirements are insane!! If I had known I would have to disclose all of my investments and be told wha t I am or am not allowed to invest money in I would not have taken the job. Independence is total hell and most consulting firms don't subject employees to those invasive requirements.
