Pros

Part of a large multinational holding

Cons

- if your are a manager or above you actually won’t be employee, you will be obey to sign a contract and “be part “ of a business, where your salary isn’t really a salary but a “participation” ... so forgery about your legal rights and employee compensations . - there is a serious lack of leadership from the management positions, despite a good effort from the CEO, that thinks that what he believes is follow by his group of directors ... which is not the case It’s is amazing that they just received the “great place to work” achievement ... I am sure that at least for now it isn’t the place where you would like to work , unless you like a place where responsibility , commitment and results are outscored by how well you are licking your boss boots ... really disappointed

Pros

It's a big company in Mexico. There are many systems to learn from, I guess IT employees can learn a lot; me as an Industrial Engineer learnt to use many systems (as user), since company uses different technologies. My direct boss was a great guy. Food is included and is fine. A good company to start.

Cons

You are hire with the minimum wage no matter your what your final salary will be, so over time your retirement amount is affected but if you are good at saving money on your own then that's no much trouble. In my department rises were not very common but I believe IT employees have much better salaries.
