Part of a large multinational holding

- if your are a manager or above you actually won’t be employee, you will be obey to sign a contract and “be part “ of a business, where your salary isn’t really a salary but a “participation” ... so forgery about your legal rights and employee compensations . - there is a serious lack of leadership from the management positions, despite a good effort from the CEO, that thinks that what he believes is follow by his group of directors ... which is not the case It’s is amazing that they just received the “great place to work” achievement ... I am sure that at least for now it isn’t the place where you would like to work , unless you like a place where responsibility , commitment and results are outscored by how well you are licking your boss boots ... really disappointed

they don´t pay your taxes and once a year you lose a big amount of money in order to pay to the government
