If you only speak English, you have just set yourself up for failure....After almost 2.5yrs in the US market; this company does not provide its US employees with English policies. The reason is that if you set your English speaking employees to fail you can then transfer other employees into the US with an L1 visa....The company is under the same management just a little restructured.
