Pros

Medical Insurance, nice offices in one of the best buildings of the city.

Cons

Human Resource's area don´t do their job, and the worst part is that they don´t even go to the office 2 or 3 days per week while the rest of the employees spend non-paid extra hours.

excesive hours of working, kind of leak leadership in some other areas, some positions are created to some one of above know or familiar, the company grew up very fast so is under a process of changing in getting know better what to do....next steps to give

As per Dec 2022, the position was still partially to work from home. HQ are in Torre Virreyes, i.e. well located

Not priorized projects Not supportive areas Not enough persons Not enough budget for implementation Not a clear strategy for new products and services Not processes at all for R&D, everyone seems to care about this, but it takes MONTHS to actually accomplish administrative work...
