Some of the people are great and want to do a good job, unfortunately, they have all left or will leave because of the complete disorder, lack of professionalism, poor management and the list goes on.

Cons

Nothing was planned before this company decided to expand into the US. From selecting locations to hiring people, nothing about them is organized. They have no clue how business is done here. Expectations are completely ridiculous. IF they pay their suppliers, you can bet it is months past due.

The company is small in the USA, but a mid size company in Latin America. Great place if you like to be talked down to in condescending tone in front of your peers.

Cons

The company has poor credit. This due to an inability adapt to how the U.S. does business. They have jumped into the USA with little research and is paying for this misstep. This is a microcosm of the issue with the company. The upper management does not understand logistics, the market, sales techniques, nor the American workforce. Which has led to the best employees leaving and leaving the ones left in place under a great strain to due multiple jobs. If you are considering a career with this company, they will say it is in startup mode. However , it has been in business in the US for 4 years, it's cannot be considered a start up any longer.

Bully Boss, Micromanager Boss, Not listening and not making people feel valued, blameing workers for thier bad production, be littleing emplyes just a cancer to the company
