      Pros

      Good health benefits and nice people for the most part. Vacation pay has been updated of the past few years.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, bad communications, ever changing focus, nothing new out of R&D in years that was successful, good ole boy mentality, long hours and always trying new things that are just renamed for something that was done 20 years before.
