The company offer reasonable benefits with regard to Health Insurance and bonuses if the company is doing well with realistic salaries.
Cons
Haemonetics is high on beaurocracy and has purchased many companies that eventually collapse if not initially profitable. They will combine like companies but can't make those companies work together effectively.
