      Pros

      Great people, fair compensation, great benefits. Excellent contact with customers and teams. Tremendous opportunity to own projects outside normal expectations.

      Cons

      Internal focus replaced customer focus. Vision for new product innovation and development is challenged. Need more middle managers and management interested in developing career path for it's people.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
