Pros

It is a recognized brand worldwide and invests a lot of money to keep the corporate image clean.

Cons

Unfortunately, their processes are terribly slow, clumsy and tight. They rarely are open for suggestions on how to improve the internal procedures and the customers resent the inefficiency inside the company. People in Latin America have the tendency to wait until you ask them several times to do their daily tasks before they really perform them. The company claims its most valuable asset are the employees and that does not seem to be really true, it is just image, they do not really care about the individuals.

Good enterprise, bad leadership

Salary and rewards, flexible time, and balance between job and private life

Cons

Wrong persons in leadership, they fight for power instead of looking for business, also bosses are typical that don’t give feedback and reward lazy people instead of good elements
