      Good pay for the area. Free on-site clinic. Work is not hard. Keeps you fit. Merit increases.

      Cons

      It will be very tough if you're in poor shape. No chance to advance. Work is extremely tedious.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
