      - No job security - Inept senior management - Expect that your job will eventually be outsourced to the lowest bidder - Only care about high performers that kiss ass - Typlical German controlling mentality

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
