Henkel is a very friendly environment, where everybody is always willing to help. There is never any judgement, and it's a fun atmosphere at a successful, global company.
Cons
Though it is a very exciting and friendly environment to work in, the corporate culture still absolutely exists. If you are ok with working an a corporate culture, this will work fine.
